Weight loss, I do follow the BLUE πŸ’™ plan on weight watchers
πŸ‘‹Hello...My name is Jessica, I am a mother of 3, wife, student and work in the healthcare field. In February 2017 I decided to change my eating habits significantly and join weight watchers. I was down 70lbs. I have been MIA since about August of 2019. Took a little time out and of course put a little weight back on. It’s life. Things happen. I am proud to say I’m still down 54lbs from when I first started.


This is a lifestyle change and it CAN be done if you really want to do it. I’m back to the grind and I’m very eager to reach my goal weight with 56 more pounds to lose. Im half way there! I’m here if you need support & guidance, snack ideas & recipes or anything you can think of! I do follow the BLUE πŸ’™ plan on weight watchers so I will share accordingly.
