Weight loss, be kind to yourself in the hard times
I’m gonna be a little cliche with the advice today, but trust me I’m going somewhere with this.⁣

DON’T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!⁣

quitting or giving up gets us nowhere, this is something we all know. so when we encounter things that make our lives more difficult it’s important to learn to take a break rather than give up entirely.⁣

for example, when life threw a major depression at me, I didn’t totally abandon the idea of losing weight, rather I recognized that there was something more serious to deal with at the time.⁣


when I think back at my journey, there have been so many times I’ve felt like giving up. if I had just quit every time I went through something difficult, I wouldn’t be where I am today.⁣

basically what I’m saying is it’s so important to learn to take a break rather than quit. you can always come back from a break, but if you quit you’ll have to start all over when you inevitably want to try again.⁣

be kind to yourself in the hard times, that kinda self-love makes reaching your goals all the more satisfying
