Weight loss, of how my body has transformed !
To what do my wondering eyes appear....but a 2-pack of abs...could it be?!? πŸ˜±πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ I’m working on more! 🀷🏼‍♀️πŸ˜œπŸ™ˆ

I swear most days I wake up in disbelief of how my body has transformed!
IT BLOWS MY MIND! 🀯

Started in Feb 2019 at 300lb. The pic on the left below I weighed 313lb my heaviest. Pic on right 199 taken a couple days ago. I did not lose all through fasting, though I did lose it in healthy way. I had plateaued and found IFL in Nov 2019.


Got serious with fasting in 2020 & have lost 20ish pounds since. I eat OMAD 5/6 days weekly & 2MAD at least one weekend day sometimes 2. I workout 5-6 days a week, weights, cardio, biking, swimming, always at around 18-20 hours fasted. I eat clean, around 1500 cal daily. I do carb cycle some. I fast 20-22hrs daily, weekends 18ish hours fasting. I rest on Sundays from working out.
