Working with free loads is ideal for building mass. A typical session starts with a bench press with the bar and then with dumbbells. Machine-developed equipment can be useful in case of lack of time, otherwise prefer free loads for weight training.


To have well-muscled pectoral muscles, you must constantly identify your weak points and design your program accordingly. Most practitioners have a more developed lower part of the pectoral muscles. If you are in this case, make more inclined movements to work on the upper part of the pectoral muscles.

Find a training partner when lifting heavy loads. This will allow you to work safely when you do forced repetitions for example or any other training techniques.
