I have to pause my muscle build exercises and diet for 14days due to a travel trip. What i have to do to avoid losing muscles? Is it possible to do a low calories diet to lose a bit of fat, but not muscles

No dont reduce your calories or you will definitely lose some muscle keep your protein intake and healthy fats high and add creatine to save muscle you can reduce carbs as you wont be burning as much energy but replace the carbs with fats and protein so your still having the same calories but less carbs hope this helps
