Yes we all want to be able to grow insane amounts of muscle mass. We all wan to look like those fitness models or those bodybuilders that we see on the front covers of magazines. Yes we all want to be in prime health. Yes we all want to look and feel confident. Yes we all want the wonderful beach body in the summer that women adore. Yes we just want to look chiseled and be adored for the bodies that we possess. Then why is it so that so very few of us actually achieve what we want to achieve? The prime reason is that most of us just do not have the knowledge that we need to get the muscle mass that we want. Others of us just do not know how to apply the little knowledge that we do have. But most of us even though we have the knowledge are just too lazy or afraid to apply it properly. We just fail to take action and that is the biggest reason why we do not succeed at getting the bodies that we desire.

Well here is a simple guide that we can apply, heck anyone can apply to getting the muscle mass that they want. This plan is going to fit any lifestyle and does not require massive amounts of commitment. All that you need is the strong desire to achieve the goals that you have set out to achieve.


Step number one is to make sure that you are eating a large quantity of foods. Now it depends on how much muscle mass that you want to put on but in general it is stated that you should eat between 3000 - 6000 calories a day. That's right if you ever want to see the muscle growth that you are after then you are going to have to eat insane quantities of food. That is the only way that you are ever going to see the results that you are after.

Step number two is to make sure that the foods that you are consuming are natural as possible, completely rid your diet of all of processed foods. You also want to make sure that you are spacing your meals out throughout the day. This is going to keep your metabolism high and will help you to really push for the results that you are after. After all a high metabolism is going to result in you keeping of the fat while putting on as much muscle mass as possible.

Those two steps is going to result in you putting on the muscle mass that you really desire. Its as simple as that.
