I've come a long way in my bodybuilding journey as I still recall the days as a tall and skinny kid who couldn't seem to put on any muscles, especially in my arms. My arm was almost as skinny as my wrist which was embarrassing to say the least. I felt self conscious that I wasn't able to bulk up.
