You probably answered YES. But that is the where we run into a problem when we try to follow through with any type of “weight loss lifestyle.”

Im not even going to tell you the time difference between these two photos because it doesn’t matter! What matters is that there is progress and it doesn’t matter how fast or how slow we go, we still are making change and that’s truly all that matters!!!
