This is my 86lb weightloss transformation 🥰💗 I achieved this in 11months by calorie deficit & meal prepping. I didnt cut any foods out and i did no exercise bar day to day walking throughout my journey. I had been dieting pretty much my whole adult life & could never seem to shift any real amount of weight 😔. I thought i was maybe just destined to always be a bigger girl. But then i started Meal prepping/batch cooking and it gave me structure.
It stopped me being tempted to over eat or skip meals all together, which i was guilty of in a last ditch attempt to lose weight.This combined with being consistant with it ... it finally just clicked 🙌
