Weight loss, Don’t give up on your dreams!
But let me tell you something, the day doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if it's Monday or Friday, holiday or weekend. Whether it's the beginning, middle or end of the month. If it's not the best "time of year".

What matters is your willingness to change.

I started my process on a Thursday, September 26th. "Almost weekend" "Diet at the end of the year for what?" "You will lose weight so you can put on weight again".

In January I had already eliminated more than 20kg. Imagine if I had left it for next year?
People will always talk, and you have the power to ignore them.


You may have planned to start today, but you missed the food. Okay... go back to focus tomorrow.

In the beginning the weight loss process is a roller coaster ride. not everyday you will give your 100%, but if you give 80%, 60%, 40%... it’s already worth it.

Don’t listen to others.

Believe in yourself. That process depends only on you, don't give up, don't be discouraged, because it's possible and I'm here to show that it's worth it. 💪
