Start with the développé movements
The exercises for pectoral muscles are divided into two main categories: developed and discarded.


2 - Developments are polyarticular movements that include tilted, lying and declined développés, with a bar, dumbbells or performed on a number of machines.
1 - Spacings are isolation or monoarticular movements, such as pulley gaps, lying gaps or pec deck.
