When I am lifting, I can never get my... How do I get that heart rate up??!!

When I am lifting, I can never get my heart rate in the "zone" unless it's leg day πŸ˜…. My Fitbit tells me how many zone minutes I have during each workout and it's usually zero. How do I get that heart rate up??!!

If you really want to measure your heart rate accurately during strength work then you need a chest strap, the rate goes up and down too much for a wrist based device.
But why do you care that much about your heart rate during strength work, isn’t it primarily for building strength and muscle? If those aren’t your goals then maybe a different style of workout like kettlebells would get you a better mix of high hr and some strength
