In short, pectoral workouts (Part 1)
Prefer heavy series of developed to start a session of chest strength training, when the energy is at its maximum; we will exclude long series (but not those of warm-up). Extend the recovery time between series and it should be clear that congestion will only be sought at the end of the session.


The first exercise of the session is crucial because it is the moment when you can give it your all. Choose compound mass exercises, such as the bench press with the bar, which allows you to lift a maximum load while maintaining a good form of execution. Heavy loads are not only used to recruit as many muscle fibres as possible: they also trigger testosterone production.
