 I just wanted to share my story in hopes of motivating People, Weight loss
I just wanted to share my story in hopes of motivating at least one person to keep sticking to it.

Okay, I know that I wasn't SUPER huge to start with but I felt awful. I was tired all the time, depressed, self-conscious, I hated looking at myself in the mirror, I hated shopping because I felt like nothing fit right, I would cry when I did see my naked body in the mirror, is caused issues in my relationship because I was jealous all the time and so insecure about everything (even when he constantly reassured me how beautiful he thought I was) I never believed him because all I saw was an overweight girl who was sad.

One day after LOTS of yo-yo dieting... I felt like I tried EVERYTHING and I mean everything, people. Like every diet out there, low carb, high carb, alllll of that. Nothing worked. Even when I worked out I felt like I never saw results.

Until one day I not only got myself a coach because I needed someone to hold me accountable but also decided to fully COMMIT.


The kind of commitment where I wrote down my WHY every single morning, got my butt out of bed and worked out because I made it a must. I couldn't take being miserable anymore.

So I finally noticed the weight coming off and I am still working on it. I have lost over 20lbs so far and am still going .

Although, I am feeling so much better about the way I look... the biggest transformation was my mindset. I started to feel more confident in WHO I am, I now feel like I can do anything I set my mind too.

If you feel hopeless right now, like you have tried EVERYTHING possible, remember to keep pushing through. Eat lots of whole foods, show up to your workouts and KEEP going. I believe in you.

If I can do it, anyone can do it. And I mean that.
