A Quick Tip On How To Build Up Muscle, Get Stronger In Your Sports, & Increase Your Training Weight!

For those of you who are unfamiliar with sled dragging, it is a conditioning technique used by NFL athletes, powerlifters, bodybuilders, and men & women from all walks of life who want to raise their overall conditioning levels. This is often the "missing link" between weight training (resistance training) and cardio/aerobic activity. If you improve your base level of conditioning you will be able to handle more intense weights when weight training, and you will increase your odds of having enhanced aerobic capacity. You are welcome to download the free sled dragging report; and we encourage you to send it to your friends as we think it is a terrific way to exercise -- especially for those who dislike doing either aerobic training or weight training. It is a wonderful "in between" exercise that can be a lot of fun!



If you cannot afford to purchase a sled, there are several ways you can still improve your conditioning:

- Using a wheelbarrow and use weights where you GRADUALLY increasing the weight and/or distance you carry - Walking up hills with a backpack. Over time, you can increase the weight used in the backpack - Carrying a sandbag (like the wheelbarrow) - Raking piles of leaves and dragging them to your designated area. Over time you can make this task more fun by GRADUALLY increasing the size of the leaf pile you drag - Etc.

Get your sled dragging report for ideas on progression and other modifications you can make to these no or low-cost ideas. Of course, you will have medical approval prior to starting or modifying your exercise routines, and this includes sled dragging.
