Every weekend, I spend a little time planning my workouts for the coming week. With experience I have found that if I plan and schedule my workouts, then I commit myself to follow them and move


to a higher level. This is especially true when I travel. I make sure I know the equipment available to the hotel and otherwise I often travel with my own equipment - like rubber bands - this guarantees me to stay on track and not miss any workouts.
