4 - Perform forearm flexion with overhand hands.
Start with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing back and the top of hands up. Lift the dumbbells up to shoulder height. At that moment, the top of your hands is facing you and your fingers are facing in the opposite direction. This exercise is perfect for the biceps and forearms.
- To begin, use a lighter weight than the one you use for normal bending. You will not be able to lift as much, at least in the beginning.
- You can easily do this exercise with a bar
