Today I reached my goal weigh. 16.5 to 11 stone. 5 stone in 4 months not bad when you put your mind to it. Size 22 maternity in clothing to a normal size 14 loving life.
I’m actually really nervous to post this, I’m still self conscious of my before photo even though I made so much progress,
also cause the after photo is pretty revealing but I feel like showing the after photo really shows how much I really lost. I just can’t believe I let myself get the way I did. Happy I changed though, & proved to Myself You can really do it if you put your mind to it.
