Nothing changes overnight, so make small changes for lasting results. Most athletes feel the results occur within two weeks, but some may have to wait up to six weeks. Try to make this small change:


walk for 10 minutes before and after your lunch. This adds 20 minutes of walking, or more than 1:30 of exercise each week to your routine.
