How to weight loss trick ?
Start small enough to get yourself going in the right direction and set attainable goals. I started by doing 10-15 minutes on the elliptical and about 20 minutes of light weight lifting with dumbbells or machines 2-3x a week. I now do 4 miles and an hour and a half or more of lifting 6x a week and I LoVE it! Don’t let your inability scare you. 


If you stick with it and put in the work you will be in beast mode before long! Make small changes at first then keep pushing. If you screw up, screw up and start again. Keeping on is the biggest secret! I was 383lbs when I started and I am 295 now. I am amazed at my body’s ability to run and lift and balance even in this big body. You will get there if you don’t ever give up.
