You Are Following The Wrong Muscle Building Program

Let's say you are not making the first two mistakes and you've picked a muscle building workout program and are actually performing it... but still not getting the results you want. The reason is you are probably following the wrong workout program. It is not really your fault.

You see, most of the workout programs out there are based on bodybuilding programs. Professional bodybuilding workout programs require hours a day in the gym. And frankly, most of the guys I know don't have 2-3 hours to spend lifting. And what is maybe more important, they don't even want to be bodybuilders.


The truth is, most guys I know want bigger, stronger, more athletic muscle. They want the kind of muscle that not only looks great and fills out their T-shirt, but that helps them perform their best too. So, stop over-analizing everything. Stop surfing the net and learning more stuff so you can over-analize your workout. And you should stop following workouts of bodybuilders that requires more time than you have to spend in the gym. I'm sure you'll find that using these common sense rules will help you finally build massive muscle.
