3 - The different bodybuilding federations :
The only federation recognized in France by the Ministry of Sports, Youth, Popular Education and Community Life is the FFHMFAC (French Federation of weightlifting, bodybuilding, athletic strength and bodybuilding). 

There are many other unrecognized federations including the UIBBN (International Union of Natural Bodybuilding).
