I did weight watchers then switched to calorie counting through my fitness, Weight loss
So I weighed more then you lost 165 lbs then got pregnant and was put on bed rest and lost 80 lbs after that. I start with small 5 lb goals I started with water aerobics as it was easy on joints once I got stronger and confident I went to step classes etc. I did weight watchers then switched to calorie counting through my fitness pal. I did not lift any real weights until after the pregnancy I wish I would have lifted earlier as it has changed my body and life.


It has helped tightening things up. Go slow and do what you enjoy you will find that once you are consistent. I never would have thought that a girl that was heavy her whole life’s favorite place to be now is the gym. I have progressed further then these pics now. You can do it. Hope this helps
