The first 2 weeks are going to leave you pretty sore, all you can do is make sure your diet is giving you everything you need to meet your goals, drink water and push through the discomfort.


Often, due to how much less lean muscle most women have (compared to men), starting with working out before changing diet can still bring a noticeable change... Lean muscle burns fat, so getting that started is definitely a step in the right direction.
