How can I lose 100lbs it seems impossible

So for me, the motivation comes from this Site, reading books about fasting and lots of podcasts on YouTube etc. I just overwhelmed my mind with all the voices that tell me about the benefits of fasting, how they managed to get it done and most importantly- if anyone else can do it , so can I. So start with your mind, brainwash yourself with facts, science, examples and then JUST DO IT. Don't think about, but just do it
