No supplement is best, supplements are basically food nothing more. Everything else is a hormone based product and the ones mentioned D-Bol (short for Dianabol) or methandienone, test, tren (short for trenbolone) are all steroids and should not be confused with supplements or taken unless you’ve done your homework

Creatine, protein, and like a prework citrulline+b-alanine. Fish oil, and ZMA for better sleep and increase some endogen test. And a lot of quality food.
