5 - Perform a preacher loop :
The preacher loop isolates all the biceps. Start by taking a barbell or a pair of dumbbells and put your arms on a piece of furniture in the shape of a preacher's bench where you will support your chest. Gently lift the weights back to your shoulders before resting them.


If you use dumbbells for this exercise, you have the opportunity to make some variations and work different parts of the biceps by grasping the weight like a hammer. The palm of your hands will initially be turned towards the sides and not upwards
