Fabulously muscled, and in rock hard condition, female bodybuilder Gina Hall took top honors at the NABBA Scotland 2013 Ms Trained Figure.
The NABBA rules 'trained figure' category is often considered somehow less serious than the other organisations' female bodybuilder and physique categories but, make no mistake, Gina Hall was carrying some seriously ripped muscle and presented it beautifully.
She nudged ahead of a very impressive Margaret Edgar in second place at the competition at Rothes Hall, Fife, on April 20.

In the Miss Toned Figure category (a cross between fitness and bikini) Michelle Morris won first - adding to a win at the MuscleXcess Classic just a week earlier.
She was in terrific condition with excellent delts and back and she brings huge presence to the stage.
