The symptoms of overtraining during bodybuilding include :

1.   When too many sets of cardio and weight training are performed on too many days every week at very high intensity.

2.   Sometimes too many sets of low intensity workouts performed many days in a week also leads to overtraining of muscles.

3.    Even training with the right sets, but with too much intensity leads to overtraining.

4.   Carrying out workouts with the same group of muscles leads to their overtraining of those muscles and a general body fatigue.

The symptoms of overtraining during bodybuilding include:

1.   A reduction in the speed at which muscles are gained. Overtraining leads to a no muscle gain.

2.   Excessive loss of body weight.

3.   Swelling in lymph nodes.

4.   Lack of motivation in the bodybuilder.



5.   Irritability

6.   Insomnia making the person tired and fatigued.

7.   Too many injuries occurring frequently.

8.   Lack of energy to perform any further workouts.

9.   Reduction in body strength.

10.  A general feeling of body fatigue.

11.  Abnormal heart rate

12.  A sudden increase in blood pressure.

13.  Headaches.

14.  Twitches and tremors.
