Amelia Hernández Bonilla (born June 7, 1971), is a Venezuelan chess Women FIDE Master (WFM) (1988).

One of the best female bodybuilders ever seen, Spain's Amelia Hernandez, is in massive contest condition as she trains her huge shoulders.

Amelia, now 48, has inspired a generation of female bodybuilders and muscle women with her no compromise attitude to the sport.



Boasting 17 inch biceps and 27 inch quads, AND ripped and vascular as they come, Amelia is a near-perfect example of what can be achieved with determination, focus and a single-minded approach to muscle building.
