Weight loss : In 2020, I was the heaviest I had ever been.

Weight loss : In 2020, I was the heaviest I had ever been

I completely let myself go and stopped caring about my health. I was eating whatever I wanted, binging in my room on sweets because I got addicted to sugar, and not exercising at all.
On top of it all, I was getting drunk 2-3x a week.
A few years forwards, I realised I hated my legs, was afraid of having sex with lights on, and felt like no clothes fitted me nicely.
That’s when I knew I had to make a change. But at that time, I still didn’t change my habits but I tried running a few times a month (which was super painful for me and I hate cardio).   I’ve messed up many times and I’ve lost motivation many times. Then I signed up for a gym where I had no clue what to do. I always did some random exercise that I found on Instagram which never gave me the results I wanted.

But I NEVER gave up on myself. And that’s what got me here - 5 years later - I have studied strength and conditioning, and nutrition and helped over 100+ women to transform their own bodies and gain their confidence back.
You do not have to be perfect in order to start your fitness journey. You don’t have to know everything, and you don’t have to have tons of free time. You just need to START.
But you also have to want to change badly enough to take action. How long are you going to let yourself continue feeling depressed, exhausted, and uncomfortable in your own skin?
Only you can make that change. ❤️🔥
