Too big Female bodybuilding :

Female bodybuilding has been gaining in popularity over the past few decades, but it still remains a controversial topic. Many people think that female bodybuilders are too muscular and look unnatural. While there is no denying that some women have taken their training to an extreme, this does not mean that all female bodybuilders are “too big” or unattractive.

In recent years, more women have become interested in strength training and building muscle mass for health reasons rather than just aesthetic purposes. Female athletes who compete at the highest levels of professional competitions may appear overly muscled compared to most other women; however, these competitors often spend long hours working out and follow strict diets to achieve such physiques which can take several years of dedication before they reach peak performance levels on stage or in competition settings.

At lower competitive levels where drug testing is less stringent (or non-existent) many athletes may use steroids or other supplements to help them build muscle quickly; however even without drugs it's possible for any woman with adequate nutrition and proper exercise instruction from a qualified trainer/coach can develop strong muscles safely over time if she desires so do so . Ultimately each individual should decide what type of physical appearance works best for her own lifestyle goals while being mindful about how her choices will affect others' perceptions about herself as well as society's expectations regarding gender roles & norms surrounding beauty standards .
