4 tips to help you lose weight. Successful weight loss
1 - Shake for breakfast, almonds or a chobani mid-morning, lunch is typically a protein (beans, lentils, cheese stick, meat) and veggies (either a salad, or carrots/snap peas). I have a 150 calorie protein bar in the afternoon, and dinner is always meat (steak, fish, ground Turkey) and veggies (spinach, cauliflower, salad). I don't eat past 6, and will have an occasional wine. I know i need to increase my water intake and am working on that

2 - Don't let that bring you down. Changing your body isn't an instant result. It will take possibly years for you to achieve your goal. Right now I'm coming from a super twig body trying to put on muscle mass and I know this will take years with little results


3 - Sounds like either a calorie reduction is needed or added cardio or maybe even just a refeed day or week long diet break eating at maint before beginning to pull cals again.

4 - If you are doing the same schedule over and over, change it up a little. It’s a marathon not a sprint. I actually had to cut all rice, potatoes, plus just drink water. Little things to trick your body from adapting
