It's very important to weight train the correct way, especially if you're learning how to build muscle for women. Fitness experts suggest going with a five-day weight training program. For instance, on day one, make sure to work the shoulders, chest, and triceps.


On day two, focus on cardio for at least 20 minutes or longer. This should be a high-intensity workout. Day three consists of working biceps and back, while day four is doing different abdominal exercises. Day five is all about legs.
