6 tips to keep motivated, Strength training : 3 - Always be positive :

2 - Set goals for yourself
3 - Always be positive
Many people go to the training backwards and are impatient to finish it to put down the dumbbells and go to the shower. But, training should not be taken as a constraint, otherwise you may not give the best of yourself and disgust with weight training. The more you practice, the less you will want to work, until you give up.

Instead of saying "I need to do a session today", say "I can do a session today". It's a much more positive and motivating thought. Try to practice this positive thinking from everywhere. Enjoy the progress of your physique rather than noting details that do not change quickly enough to your taste. If you train at home, rather than complaining about your lack of equipment or the absence of a coach, tell yourself that you save a lot of time and money and that you can do good training with little.
