5 - Consider asking for help :
In some cases, the practitioners want to do weight training, they want to progress, but when the time comes for the session, it seems insurmountable to them and their motivation withers away. At this point, it may be wise to call on a personal trainer, a "coach" to support you.

In the gym, it should be pretty easy to find. Talk to the coaches who work there and explain the problem to them. They should then take you in charge and accompany you on your session. You'll see that motivation will be much more at the rendezvous with someone to push you!

At home, it's exactly the same, even if you'll have to pick your coach yourself and select him. Choose one that is available, qualified and matches your personality. If necessary, do a test session.
