Is barbell squats okay to do 6 days week and 1 rest day?

I’ve done with with progressive overload for 5 weeks.
I got a lot stronger. I did 10 sets pyramid style. But I did vary my squat. Monday back squats, Tuesday front squats, wed wide stance squats, Thursday back squats rest pause, etc.
You gotta warm up and cool down properly, but it definitely can be and has been done successfully.
Your body heals when it’s resting. So I would have one rest day minimum for the muscles you’re working, before working them again. So max I would do is every other day, leaving it at three times a week.
