The first thing to recognize is that what you’re wanting is not a short term goal. You want to lose weight, get healthy, and get fit. Most people spend a year or more achieving that goal. I think it’s great to set that goal, but I wouldn’t attach yourself to a set timeline to achieve it. Instead, I’d suggest making smaller goals for yourself as milestones, and focus on what you’d like to achieve long term


I second myfitnesspal app and counting macros. Along with lots of water and exercise.(lift lift lift! Mix in a little cardio) All of this consistently WILL produce results!! Give yourself a couple weeks into it before expecting to see change.. don’t get frustrated about not seeing instant results after the first few weeks of consistency you will start noticing a rapid change
