The Six Tips for women and Men's Fitness :

The Six Tips for women and Men's Fitness
No two people define fitness the same way. One dictionary definition of fitness is: 'the general condition of the body [...] with reference to soundness and vigor'. Someone who walks their dog everyday would have a different definition than someone who is interested in bodybuilding. Generally speaking, fitness is having enough energy to complete the tasks of your day without wearing down, and maybe even having enough energy and strength to respond quickly to an emergency. No matter your age, being fit is something you should strive for so you can enjoy a healthy and vigorous life.

There are many different ways you can improve your physical fitness. Adding aerobic exercises or strength training to your routine are just two examples. But for a man and women to get in his best shape, the three key ingredients to include are strength training, cardio and, of course, a healthy diet.

The Six Tips for women and Men's Fitness

1. Make sure to drink plenty of water all day long but particularly during your workout.

2. Warm up your muscles with stretching before you workout, and take time cool down afterward.

3. To avoid injury, make sure you always use proper technique in what ever to exercise you perform.

4. Before using any exercise equipment, check it for safety. Make sure you know how to use the equipment properly to avoid injury.

5. Always use a spotter when lifting weights

6. Don't overdo it during your workout. Challenging the muscles is fine, but you don't want to cause any harm. This can lead to not only injury, but can cause you to return to your former inactive lifestyle if it takes too long to recover, and that, after all, won't help you get that new physique you're looking for.
