5 Exercises to Tone Bum and Thighs

In this article we are going to give you 5 of the main exercises to tone bum and thighs. The main problem women have when they lose weight is that they never seem to get that toned buttocks again. A lot of women suffer from cellulite which stops them from having a toned and lifted butt. Flutter Kicks - 15 reps x 4 sets

Forward Lunge - 15 reps x 4 sets

Butt Lift (Bridge) - 15 reps x 4 sets

Glute Kickback - 15 reps x 4 sets

Squat - 15 Reps x 4 sets



1. Rest for just 60 seconds between every set
