Muscle angels :

So they are muscular women, but they remain feminine, with adapted weight training and good nutrition. This is the type of result you can expect if you work out seriously for several months or years (depending on your current level and the level you want to reach).

As you can note, these women are far from being distorted by too many muscles, the physical below are aesthetic and feminine. And yet, these are physics that represent several years of training for most of them, with in addition to hard, intensive weight training sessions, lifting heavy weights and paying particular attention to his nutrition!
And yes, to progress and achieve your goals, you must train hard, in other words train in the same way as men. Of course you don't have the same strength so you won't be able to lift the same weights, but the type of training must be similar.
