Big, brutal, unabashed female muscle is what female bodybuilder Michelle Russell is all about – and her massive rock hard physique with 26 inch quads and 17 inch arms flips the finger to those who would cheer the passing of womens bodybuilding.
The 24-year-old Canadian, whose mountainous 17 inch biceps are among the very best in women's bodybuilding, had the audience at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium, Dalhousie Arts Centre, Halifax, Nova Scotia on their feet cheering as she flexed her way to the titles.
And no wonder – Michelle has packed on the mass beautifully and her body is shaping up to take on the best in the world.
Michelle has had an 'on-off' relationship with the sport of female bodybuilding over the last few years but, as her posing photo shows beyond any doubt, she is back with a bang!
There is no limit to how far this genetically gifted and hugely focused and hardworking bodybuilder can go now.
After clinching the titles she said: "After a very rocky few yrs off of shows and training I am proud to say I am the Nova Scotia Womens Open Heavyweigh champ & Best poser.... OMG I finally did it!"
