Yes ! Just give your body time to digest and get it on... it’s just like going to the gym after breakfast or lunch. But at the end of the day everything you do is always a trial and error, we all have different body types and you just have to go for it.

When you eat just give it like 30 minutes and then hit gym you should be fine. Dont eat too much just eat enough so have to energy to lift!
