This is how to get firm abs: first invest on aerobic exercises. Why do we say "invest"? First, it's going to consume a particular number of minutes per day. Second, you have to perform the aerobic exercises daily so your body can begin re-toning itself.

Allot at least twenty minutes of your time daily to your chosen exercises. Abdominal exercises though, should not comprise more than fifty percent of your exercises routines. At most, it should only form around thirty percent of your total exercise sum.



Avoid putting too much pressure on your midsection and your back. It's absolutely fine to do safe abdominal exercises, but to twist and twist until something slips in your vertebral column is not. Put your individual safety first, above all else.
