You probably don't have a nutrition plan,  then I want to help. You very well could be one of the many who do not eat right. Ya you may even be completely overlooking nutrition as a whole, might I say big big mistake. That's a road that will lead you to health hell, a place you do not want to find your self in. So try to apply this simple idea when deciding on what to eat...

Meal 1 or Breakfast
Man and women it's all about balance
Oatmeal, protein shake, and flax seed.


Meal 2 or Pre Lunch
Again balance is pivotal here
Beef jerky, mixed nuts, apple or some fruit

Meal 3 or Lunch
Chicken, tortilla, black beans, brown rice, salsa, cheese, salad

Meal 4 or Pre Dinner
Low sugar protein bar, veggies

Meal 5 or Dinner
Lean Steak, fresh veggies, red potatoes
