Female Bodybuilding, What would people recommend for beginners?
Question
I’ve started slowly becoming a bit of gym nerd and wanted a new chapter in my life and new focus
I have been studying bodybuilding for the past three weeks to make myself prepare for what’s to come
What would people recommend for beginners?
Also cravings??
Any products I should get??

Lots of veggies & greens and plenty of protein/meat to curb cravings for less optimal foods (protein and fiber are very filling). Don’t need any products unless you have trouble hitting your protein intake target then maybe a protein powder for shakes or to add to stuff to up the protein content . Also maybe fish oil and a multivitamin. I would watch a bunch of videos on correct form for different exercises. Get on a regular sleep schedule and aim for 8 hours of good quality sleep each night (if you don’t do that already), it helps with recovery, muscle growth, optimal hormone levels, and lack of adequate sleep increases hunger & cravings so best to get plenty of zzzs.
