Question
I need some suggestions! I am not liking the way my legs are developing. I am trying to stick to TLS but my quads are getting huge. Am I doing something wrong?

Many new lifters find that their quads develop much faster than hamstrings or glutes, often due to an overemphasis on quads in lifts such as the squat.

Work on mobility and muscle recruitment drills to better-engage your posterior chain, and it might help with your imbalance.

Lunges are a good example - by slightly adjusting the length of your stride and how your ascension/descension trajectory, you can turn it into a mostly quad movement versus a mostly glute movement.
