How do you build muscle and burn fat at the same time? :

1 - Do not eat a harsh diet: with harsh dieting you will certainly lose your muscles.
2 - Do not strain yourself in cardio exercises: Cardio is effective in drying, but it prevents muscle building if exercised excessively, especially on exercise day.
3 - Do not remove any nutrients from your diet, such as fats or carbohydrates. Muscle needs all the nutrients to grow, but the optimal is controlling quantity and how, such as removing saturated fat (harmful) and compensating the non-saturated (beneficial) and reduce the amount of carbohydrates.
4 - Eat dairy, meat, fish, eggs, legumes, whole grains, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Muscles require
 abundant vitamins and minerals to carry out protein synthesis.


5 - Follow a high-protein diet: 2 grams protein per kilogram of your body weight without fat, but without sticking to point 1, a high-protein diet will not help you.
6 - Sleep well: At least 6 hours a day, muscles are built during sleep.
7 - Exercise in medium and heavy weights: Contrary to what everyone thinks, the exercises with light weights and high repetitions do not burn any fat.
8 - Use dietary supplements: You can use them if you can not provide your daily requirement of proteins.
