Training tips (Part 3) :
A particularly effective technique is to target a specific number of reps, say 50, rather than proceeding in series. In the first round, you may only do 10 reps. You may have to struggle with 8 reps in the second round but that's already 18 in all.
If you make five by the third, you'll be 23. Keep adding more until you total 50, even if you need 10 sets to do it.

Once you can do 10 to 12 reps with all types of pulls, you can start fixing a ballast around your waist. This is where the muscles will really start to grow. Add 5 kg at a time, it's more than enough to make the exercise more challenging. As you gain strength, increase the weights.
